That looks very similar to the Beeb SASI interface, just the connections to 
the master are different. I knocked up the Beeb one last year for an XC9572, 
but never got round to implimenting it or testing it.

If anyone wants that project as a starter to modify let me know and I'll 
mail it to you. It's in Xilinx ISE V10, which is free to download and use.
