Teletext pages are broadcast in a series of "magazines", 100-199,
200-299 etc. Typically the set will only display pages going past
that are in the same magazine. I think there's a flag for exceptions
to this to make a page appear on all magazines. In any case, they are
broadcast interleaved, so there will be more going past than you can
see, Popular pages (e.g. the indexes) are broadcast more frequently
than just in sequence.

Strangely, I've just come across an archive on an old disc called
"TTXT" that appears to contain a client/server app for sharing a
teletext system across an econet. I'll have to unpack it (rather than
hex-dump it in ADFS Explorer!) and have a look at what it does.
