I can't imagine what you have in mind, perhaps you could contact me off list
to see what's best - I need to judge what benefits more users for the time I
have to spare.

Yeah, I tried that (or the equivalent registry poke). It still complained
"access denied", so I think at bit more staring at Control Panel might be
required!
