I did this to my sister-in-law's Sky box. I had to go back and put it
back the way it was because her husband watches a lot of football, and
the TV was showing it in 4:3 with black bars down the side, which he
didn't like. I ought to have found the picture size setting on the TV
and shown them how to use it, but I was tired and couldn't be
bothered. It did make me wonder why on earth someone would actively
want to watch a distorted, stretched TV picture.
