For the BBC B/B+, as Ian S said there are links on the PCB near the Econet /
analogue socket.

For the Master, which I think may be what you asking for, you need *SET, and
for an A3020 you'll need *SETSTATION.

The Master utility is in the Level3 server archive that's available with 
Beebem.
The Arc utility is in an achive on MDFS.net, as I found when I asked the 
question
a few months ago!
