I am going from memory, don't have an awServer to read... Well, I do,
it's in e:\wwwsite but it is a SparkFS zip so WinZip ain't gonna touch
it! Anyway, I dimly recall *SAVE and *LOAD being specific omissions from
what awServer supports, which would lead me to believe that you may
experience problems with your Atom if you need to use these commands to
do stuff; however all the hardware-based servers ought to work okay. I
guess your main limitation will be how much command line parsing the
Atom does itself, vs how much it expects the server to be able to cope with?

<thinks> I'm pretty sure JGH either modified or largely rewrote awServer
to pretend to be an MDFS - SoftMDFS? Hang on...

Oh, scratch that. JGH hasn't modified *that* part (yet?), it is:
   10380 DEFPROC_Cli_SAVE
   10390 PROC_Error(&FE,"Not implemented")
   10400 ENDPROC

Oh well.

Best wishes,

Rick.

PS: If you are reading, JGH, the file is 41K (41044 bytes), not 69 as
indicated on your website. Still, great to see awServer evolving!
Oh, and the JServer link goes all 404 on me...

PPS: I did start to write a server. I called it "LevelFive" (gee, how
original). It was crap. Had a few nice features, but I gave up
once I found awServer 'cos that worked! :-)
