Nope they don't because warter is generally a bad conductor, when pure.
What make it a better conductor is all the impurities desolved in it.

Mind when pure if you do get a current to flow it will electrolize the 
water and you'll end up evolving oxygen and hydrogen, which of course is 
also not good.

To be fair though you generally don't have pure water in the bathroom :)
