I'll be running awServer at Acorn World tomorrow, but because I don't  
have an Econet at home, there's no way for me to configure the users  
until I get there. I wondered if it was possible to create a suitable  
password file in advance.

(L4 has a similar problem, you can't edit the users without being  
connected to a working Econet.)
