Building Regs Part P is a cowboys' charter in my mind.

Customer: I want a new cooker socket in the kitchen
Cowboy: Well, that's a controlled zone, yesee, so that'll be
fifty quid to do the install and 200 to get it inspected,
but mabbee we don't need to chat to the building
inspector, call it 80 quid all in.
