I'd have to put it down as:
 
  Not compliant with current regulations
 
and then do loads of testing to select either:
 
  Safe, consider for future upgrading
  Unsafe, requires urgent attention
 
Most sparkies would go straight to option C on spotting anything
they've not got in the van.
