Try http://www.ps2pdf.com/.

If you do this a lot, see also Ghostscript
(http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/), which includes a file called
"ps2pdf.bat" to do the same thing from the command line. (Indeed, it's
probably how the ps2pdf site works internally.) If you put a shortcut
to it in your Windows Send To folder, you can then convert things to
PDF from inside Explorer.
