Yes, but you're not going to like it....you need to desolder ALL the 
keyswitches from the PCB, then the plate comes off with the switches 
attached.

A right PIA as I often do this with Master keyboards that have corroded 
metal plates, remove all the switches, respray the plate then reassemble 
with good tested switches, or refurb them one at a time as they go back.
