If I've not replied to personal emails regarding the list settings then
I must apologise.  Sometimes it does take me a while to answer email,
but I always try to do so, with the exception of the (rare and not
recent) demands that I must change the list behaviour or the world will
end, which I will ignore without fail.

I'm also (perhaps somewhat old-fashioned in being) a believer in the
maxim that unless I have something genuinely useful to say, I should
shut up, so quite a few emails that get started never end up being
sent :)
