I've been playing with "iaxmodem", which on the face of it should work
(and spandsp supports V23, so it ought to be useable) but am just
getting silence out of it at the moment, both when it answers, and
originates, calls.  Need to dig into the asterisk debug logs I think,
see what's going on.
