This is what wills are for.

Due to recent changed circumstances I've been rewriting my will,
and it specifies that my genealogical and local history research
goes to a particular museum, and that my computer related soft
property be made publically available.

After my solicitor had translated it into the required mumbo jumbo
I could probably upload parts of it as a template.
