Sounds like Don Maslin - although I'm not sure his collection has ever been 
confirmed as destroyed, but if it still exists, his wife isn't letting anyone 
anywhere near it.

Part of the problem as I recall was that there was a bit of a "feeding frenzy" 
after he passed away, and I'm sure his wife didn't want to be deluged with 
requests for things at that point in time.

Heck, that was over 6 years ago now I think.
