Mike, names are somewhat different from random spelling/typographical 
mistakes, something I am very carefull about is to try and spell 
people's names correctly.

Besides in the bit that you seem to have conveniently ommited to quote 
you will find that Andrew knew the correct spelling and not only chose 
to mis-spell it, but also chose to try and rub my face in it, I got the 
definate feeling that he was trying to provoke me.

That's not a spelling error it's gramatical error.
