Outdated link. Goes to a support page which eventually takes you to:
   http://www.pkware.com/documents/casestudies/APPNOTE.TXT (as I said)

If you look, this time, for "SparkFS", you will see it listed once as a 
known extended field, the contents and format of which are NOT defined 
in the appnote. :-(
