It's defined in the 'Extra Field' appnote.

Because they keep moving them around on PKWare's site I keep a copy
on mdfs.net

As an aside, at mdfs.net/Apps/Archivers/ZipTools is ZipToInf which
will extract Acorn metadata from a zipfile and store them in INF
files.
