Doesn't look too bad.  If that is 49.5dB downstream attenuation, it's a
good figure for such a long line.

suggests a poor connection somewhere to me (lack of higher frequencies).

I had a quick look at ebay earlier today.  Plenty of DG834GT routers
available for a couple of quid.
