Most standard ones I've seen (the Acorn ones, the ACP/Pres ones, and the
Sprow ones), all have the ROMs in a position where they are partly in
the slot when the cartridge is inserted.
Given the size of a ZIF socket, I don't think it would be possbile to
replace the ROM socket on one of those with a ZIF socket, and still have
it fit in the slot.
I'm sure it would be possible to have a taller cartridge which could
have a ZIF socket, but I've not seen one.

I think (again for space reasons) it would be unlikely that there are
cartridges that have two ZIF sockets on them, have you seen one?
