Yes, I'd been thinking that myself. The ACIA clock setting is 00,01,10,11
for divide by 1, 16, 64 or reset. Divide by 16 and 64 are the only
sensible values, so a 1-bit flag is better.

I've gone through the disassembly of Edit v1.00 and it only uses b0-b5.
I'll have to get around to checking Edit v1.10 as see what it does.
NetFS only uses byte 17.

I've been trying to work something like that out. I'll see if I can
do anything with that.
