Hi Phil,
you could do worse than to drop R.T.Russell (the man behind BBC Basic for
Windows) a line. Richard definitely used to work along side the engineers
that developed such custom projects and there's a strong possibility that he
was directly involved in this one. If Richard doesn't know the answers to
