Tried with one of JGHs utils. but it seemed to be limited to 640K
discs, and the first disc I tried was an 800K!  So tried ADFimager,
and had some dependency issues, but think I've got that sorted. I'm
just doing one disc now to test it, then will get on with the rest of
the important ones later.
