MOS 4 is the Master ET, not the Master Compact. The ET is identical
hardware the the Master 128, with CMOS RAM, not an EEPROM. The ET
is a Master 128 with almost all the hardware removed. I would be a
little suprised if MOS 4 still had the drivers in, I seem to rember
people putting MOS 3 into ETs so they could use the serial and analogue
ports, etc.
