Or, not quite so affordable: I've been told ?75 plus VAT.  Is anyone
interested enough to chip in on funding this, or alternatively has anyone
got the wherewithal to DIY?

(I see now why the MAME people have made a fundraising effort of this.  Greg
James can do it for the cost of shipping to USA, which will probably be
cheaper.)
