That sounds broken. We get about 28mpg (US gallons, mind) out of our Toyota, 
and that's with a 3L V6. I can't remember what the 618 typically has, but I 
didn't think it was as big.

I used to get about 18 out of my Triumphs on a good day. My 40-odd-year-old 
truck gets about 20mpg (that's a 3L straight-six), which isn't significantly 
worse than a modern truck. Progress, or something. ;-)
