Um, could we have a vote on completely banning off-topic
posts ?

My BBC mailing list folder is starting to approach the
uselessness of my spam folder, with messages from people
who are similarly mentally and morally challenged.

This amount of pub waffle is getting ridiculous. Let's
ban it, and ban persistent violators from the list.
