Looking in my message list, I count 78 names (skipping a few dupes: 
Chris Thornley vs Christopher Thornley) for the period 2010/09/26 to today.

Current statistics are Yes 15, No 22. That's 37 votes, which is just shy 
of half of the newsgroup, assuming nobody is fiddling with the results. 
Governments have been elected on poorer turnouts. :-)
