Yes 15 votes 36%
No  27 votes 64%

Is there anything in the polling system (beyond honesty) to stop people 
voting multiple times?
(ah, at least it doesn't let me hit "back" and then submit again)

There's obviously also nothing limiting voting to people subscribed to 
the list.

Interesting that there is (at the moment) a 2:1 majority in favour of 
allowing off-topic posts.
