Going totally OT for a moment, I believe the programme was called Street Hawk ;-)
Back on topic, our switch over is in September and the only thing I'm going
to miss is my Teletext. We went digital years ago with Cable TV and everything
about the picture quality (on the channels we use) appears perceptibly better
than the analogue channels* and the quality of HD transmissions with full
surround is just superb... The *only* thing that is worse IMO about the
digital service is the digital interactive teletext replacement system.
* I don't watch the super compressed channels, they irritate me too much.
Besides I've got better things to do than watch sub-VHS quality repeats of
programmes I didn't want to watch the first time round.
