The Amstrad CPC screen system is identical to the BBC's, other than
the fact that they are all 16K modes: 80x25x2, 40x25x4, 20x25x16.
The Amstrad's MODE 0, 1, 2 are 25-line versions of the BBC's MODE
2, 1, 0.

It uses the same 6845 and the same pixel bitmap. The only
difference is the addressing which steps by 2048 for each pixel
line instead of 1 on the BBC and steps horizontally by 1 instead of
8.
