Windows supports %PATH% too, why not use that? Simply edit the "Environment
Variables" to add your path to the pre-defined directories already in the
Windows "Path" variable. Getting to the "Environment Variables" tab is a
bit different depending on which version of Windows you're running so search
online for your specific requirements.
