Ah ha. When feeding mine goes: whirr whirr clack clack CLACK CLACK
CLACK!!! whirr feed. Does this sound like the symptoms? If so then it'll
be worth me putting aside a day to drag the printer out of its home and
set up some sort of table to put it on to open it up and play around. It
normally lives neatly under the corner of the desk where it's convenient
to collect the printouts, but a right bugger to access anything else.
