For the 64 KB Second Processors (6502 and Z80), the cheapest
will do. There are several tens of people who already have
the DE0 Nano (and one of my TubeSilencers).
However, the Starter Kit obviously has the most potential
in the long term. It has more bits (audio, video, USB, SD
card), more cells and more memory. In the end, while being
the cheapest, the DE0 Nano is just an FPGA and some memory.
