I think No?l is only on the digest list, so he replies to the digest
email without following the instructions in every digest email:-

So his reply to the list is a digest email with a few replies typed
after each mail within the digest. That long email reply then becomes a
single posting to the list.
If I've got it right, No?l, please edit your posts and only reply to a
single email from within the digest at at time. Or subcribe to the
non-digest version of the list, it's not a high volume list.
