Obviously the seller in this case has managed to find "Other Courier" who 
can deliver within the UK for ?9.50, but if it should be sent abroad, the 
shipping cost is ?140.

The auction itself also mentions the international shipping is based on 
shipping from the UK to Australia, and that the seller is open for 
discussion or offer refund in case the actual shipping costs to France or 
Sweden are less than to Australia or the US.
