Subject: BeebEm Repo on Github

Can you advise on a recommended configuration for a compile environment ?

It's been a long time since I did my bits, on the Windows version, and I've
not got VC installed on this machine at the moment. As for *nix, though
I've got several linux boxes, I've never touched BeebEm on them because I
don't actually have a GUI installed anywhere - it's all server stuff I use
them for.
