Another interesting tidbit. The Linpack benchmark (written in
Fortran) reveals that the 'soft' 32016 2p is around 50 times
the speed of the 'real' 32016 2p (at least when it comes to FP).

I must say, having played with the 'soft' one for quite a bit
in getting this benchmark to run, it's almost creepy how much
faster it is. The real one now seems almost intolerably slow.

Tomorrow a new release (same as first, but will include .jic
files for permanent fun, and a 40-pin TubeSilencer version
of it all).
