Subject: Need help with PLOT33getting PLOT33

Is  there any one out there who can tell me how to get a copy  of 
PLOT33 on USENET or who can mail me a copy.   I don't have access 
to Arpanet and,   being somewhat of a novice,   I don't even know 
what SIMTEL20 is.
