Subject: Attache fix

Turned on my Otrona Attache with the keyboard not connected and ever since
it fails in this way.  With power on there is no monitor prompt for disks.
Disks don't boot.  The drive lights glow faintly while power is on and flash
as power is turned off.

Does this grand little computer have much chance at another life?  I replaced
the button battaries but have no test point docs.  Neither do the local fixers.
