FAQ file? Hmmm, that's a novel idea. I don't think this group has seen
one in a while. ;-)

As to your other question: UNARC16.COM is a self-extracting file that can
then extract from *.ARC and *.ARK files. ARK11.ARK gives full
functionality -- it can make, update, extract. The results are fully SEA
and PKARC (oops!) compliant. Note: *.ARC and *.ARK files are identical in
structure. The difference in the extension is only to highlight files of
interest to CPMers (the *.ARK).
