files uploaded, rearchived into ZIP files for more accessible download.

general memos. Exact directory structure may
change. Uploaded some more
humour files, including
computing songs;
cat humour given own directory.

elected members' info in council mirror. Previous year's members' info
now moved to
TownHall/1999.
Will eventually archive previous years' info rather than keeping them live.

- 10-Jan-2000: The people whose website my website was a subsite of forgot
to pay their site fees, so I lost upload access. Time to get my own site,
I suppose.

Council directory re-arranged. Preparing public software area for uploads.
