Subject: Pin-out for connecting a BBC Micro 6-pin to CGA/EGA 9-pin?

Does anyone know what connections I need to make to build a cable for
connecting the RGB output from my BBC (6-pin DIN socket) to a CGA/EGA 9-pin?

I've gotten the individual pin designations for both ends, but the CGA/EGA
end seems to require both horizontal and vertical synchronisation - the BBC
seems to have a single synchronisation pin.

Any clues?
