It does.  Easiest way is to buffer and feed the separate syncs from pins
?39 and ?40 of the 6845 CRTC.

The Beeb generates CSYNC by combining VSYNC and HSYNC in ic ?48, 74LS86.

The ?s above mean I'm relying on dodgy memory.  Some days I have
difficulty remembering my own name.
