Initialised fileserver disks should have the user 'Syst' created on them
by default. Logging on as syst allows you to create and remove users.

You can also use a Password file editing program such as EditPassL2,
EditPassL3 and EditPassSJ. The first two are my rewrites of EditPassSJ to
edit password files on the Acorn Level 2 and 3 fileservers. I'll send
them to you. The Level 2 one is finished and fully working, the Level 3
one still needs some tweeks doing to it.

The program WFSInit needs bodging to correctly initialise floppy disks.
At them moment I make DEFFNdrive() terminate by adding the line:

4801 =&020027.
