News to me....

I'll let you into a secret, neither I, nor the previous authors of BeebEm
have any clue what hold/release graphics (something well documented in the
source video.cpp file)... So they aren't actually emulated at all...

I'll get around to x'fering GG to my actual BBC Master and compare, and get
it fixed :)
