Subject: BBC MIDI Input??

Hi all, 

Just a quick question: Is there any device than enables a BBC to receive
MIDI data, and play it out via it's sound chip and internal speaker? Bit
of a strange thing to want to do, perhaps, but I really do want to know
:-)
