Not exactly what you're asking but Robert McMordie has a site on Acorn
History which mentions the following, some figures are taken from other
BBC or News related sites.

 o Hinted, less than 10,000 System 1, System 2 and System 3 combined
 o Over 10,000 Acorn Atom computers
 o Over 1,000,000 BBC Micro Models A and B, perhaps over 1,500,000
 o Over 28,000 BBC B+ computers
 o Over 200,000 BBC Master 128
 o Over 70,000 Master Compact

Elsewhere (inc. stairway to hell) it is hinted that only about 30,000
Acorn Electron computers may have been made due to component shortages
despite orders for over 300,000.
