That's exactly why I'm going for the extra FlashRom! TFTP and Telnet (and
maybe a webinterface :-D) are nice extra's, but at first I'd go for the
basics; the serial-interface code. The rest is optional I think. If it's
possible to upgrade the firmware via the serial port then it wouldn't be a
problem to add the additional code in the future and flash it via the serial
port.
